I seriously dont know how to get rid of these splash screens

" I dont have a lot of rules when it comes to my templates or pixels all i ask is a few things; please dont hotlink!! it lags my site!! and ummmm dont use it for bigotted stuff or anything of that matter, I really dont care if im creditted or not just please dont brag as if its your own unless its like heavily modified. ^.^ either what outcome happens I/ll be really happy to see anything I made in the wild!
